Paint, primer, fasteners and other consumables are not priced in this list. Sales tax, delivery, disposal and any required permit fees are additional. Final post counts, cable supports and hardware compatibility will be checked on site before ordering. Post removal or replacement is not part of this proposal.

This scope does not include removing or replacing posts. Structural repairs, added supports and extensive coating removal are outside this proposal. Any issues found during the site check will be discussed before work begins. Paint and other purchased materials are separate.

The proposed $4,850 labor price is negotiable. Please share what you feel comfortable spending. We’re happy to discuss pricing and scope options and work toward an agreement that fits your budget while maintaining quality and safety.

The $2,503.44 materials amount is only a budget reference, not a fixed price, and is separate from labor. Any price adjustment must be agreed upon together.
